Rain Cancellation Notification

It would be beneficial for those of us who live out of town to have a desicion on the website earlier in the day.

That would be ideal, but do to everyone working all day we have to rely on someone being able to leave work early enough to check on the track. All the volunteers that run the track work at least 20-25 minutes away and it is not always possible to check it. Race cancellations are posted via text messages, facebook, twitter, and website between 5:00 and 5:10. You can also call the track hotline if you have any doubts. If it rains the night before a race it is always a good idea for check one of the 5 sources for cancellations.

We are sorry if our kids told anyone incorrectly that the races were not cancelled last night. They were just trying to be helpful. People continued to call over and over again before 5:00. They will not be answering the phone in the future and you will only get the voicemail. Again, we are really sorry!
