SWIACC Board Nominations

The Southwest Iowa Amateur Cycling Club, the organization that runs OmahaBMX and Mount Crescent BMX, is accepting nominations for
the board positions of President, Vice-President and Treasurer. Nominations must be sent to Carl Conolley, SWIACC Secretary and
received by Dec 31st 2007 in writing, via email to cconolley at cox.net. You can not nominate yourself. All nominees must have Omaha or Mount Crescent as their home track.

After Dec 31st, 2007, all nominees will be contacted to validate that they are interested in the positions they were nominated for
and the ballot will be set by Jan 7th. Voting for the new board members will take place at the OmahaBMX Parents Association meeting
on Jan 12th, which will be held at the Milton R. Abrahams Branch of the Omaha Public Library located at 5111 North 90th in Omaha,
NE. The meeting will take place at 1 PM.

In order to vote for the board members, you must either be a member of the current SWIACC board or a member of the OmahaBMX Parents
Association, in good standing. If no nominations are received by Dec 31st, 2007 for any position, the sitting board member in that
position will retain his or her position, if they so choose. The current board is as follows:

President - David Griswold
Vice-President - Tim Gilman
Treasurer - Pam Griswold
Secretary - Carl Conolley
Member at Large - Gene Ormond
