Track is currently open to the public.

I’m sure it’s pretty obvious, due to extended rain, we have to cancel races.

With rain today and two or more days of rain in the forecast, the track will be locked until it dries out enough to ride on safely. Please, never ride on the BMX track when it is wet or muddy, as you will damage the track, and it will take longer for us to open it after the rains.

Thank you for your understanding.

And we are racing tonight.

6 pm – 7 pm registration and practice

Despite the rain the track should be in great shape for racing tomorrow! Weather looks good for tomorrow so we should be racing!  The city has turned the water on too so the bathrooms should be operational. (but they may need to be cleaned)

This is just a reminder. There is a track rebuild meeting today at the Gilman’s house in Council Bluffs. Please call the track hotline (402-91-8836) for directions or email gino at omahabmx.com. Meeting is at 1 pm.

The weather forecast looks great for this coming Friday. The phone has been ringing off the hook with new parents looking to get their new racers out on the track. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the track. 2010 is going to be an even better year for OmahaBMX!
